Pasteurized Products

Pasteurization is a gentle heat treatment, which serves to destroy pathogenic organisms present in the raw product, minimizing impairment of the original organoleptic properties, vitamins and nutritional values.

For the packaging of pasteurized products, Stork offers filling lines, which combine high production output with filling accuracy, efficiency and flexibility.

Lines are capable of handling glass bottles, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles and polycarbonate (PC) bottles.
In the majority of applications, plastic bottles are employed. They can be manufactured on-site with Stork blow-molding equipment, or purchased from a bottle supplier.

For the pasteurization process of the product a simple heat exchanger can be used or a Stork tubular heat exchanger.
For the filling process Stork offers a variety of rotary fillers. The fillers can be combined with a bottle rinser and a capper for applying foil caps and/or screw caps. These units can be integrated with the filler into a single monobloc unit.
