Committees
The Supervisory Board has two special committees, the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee has a delegated responsibility on behalf of the Supervisory Board to determine the remuneration structure or the remuneration of the members of the Board of Management, and reports to the Supervisory Board in relation to this task.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee monitors and assesses the financial reporting process of the company as well as the work of the auditor, and advises the Supervisory Board of its findings.
