The shaver foils are the thin perforated metal foils as in use for man-and lady shavers.

Smooth (skin) surface and sharp cutting edges are besides a hard material and shiny surface, eventual possible with an additional gold coating (also partial coating), some of the key factors for this shaver foil industry available from Stork Veco.

Stork Veco offers three different shaver foil products for the consumer shavers:

For the inspection of the shaver foils we have an automated inspection machine (Vision System), making 100 % control possible and guarantees a zero defect delivery.

The vision inspection system compares the customers autocad drawing with the actual product.
