Board of Management
Stork is led by a Board of Management that consists of at least 3 members. Management is done under supervision of the Supervisory Board, consisting of at least 4 people. The members of the Board of Management are appointed and dismissed by the Supervisory Board. The current members of the Board of Management have been appointed for an indefinite period.

Drs. Sj.S. (Sjoerd) Vollebregt (1954) is Chairman of the Board of Management (CEO). He joined Stork in 2002. Before working for Stork he worked for Koninklijke van Ommeren, Intexo Holding, Ocean Plc and most recently Exel Plc where he was a member of the Executive Board and Deputy Chief Executive Freight Forwarding & Technology Divisions Americas - Europe. Vollebregt is Dutch and studied economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

J. (Hans) Turkesteen RA is Chief Financial Officer in the Board of Management. He joined Stork in August 2008 and succeeded Maarten Schönfeld as of 1 October 2008 as CFO. Hans Turkesteen started in 1982 as accountant at Andersen, where he set up and developed the Corporate Finance activities. He played an important role in the transfer from Andersen to Deloitte, and has been responsible for Financial Advisory Services (FAS) for the last four years. Based on this background, Hans Turkesteen has extensive experience in the field of mergers, acquisitions and financing.Turkesteen is Dutch. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Douglas E. Meikle is member of the Board of Management of Stork B.V. and he is the Chief Executive Officer of Stork Technical Services Holding B.V.. Doug joined Stork in 2009. Doug joined the oil industry in 1984, and in the 1990s participated in, and supervised, petroleum engineering projects defining work scopes and completion of projects to customer specifications in Syria, Pakistan, Argentina, Bolivia, UK, and Australia. Douglas has a B.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, and a B.D. of Theology from the University of Aberdeen, both in the United Kingdom. Among his educational and leadership accomplishments is the completion of the Harvard Advanced Management Program in 2007.
