Final call for entries: IOSH Awards

Do you know someone who isn’t a safety professional but who has made a major contribution towards health and safety in the workplace?

Do you know someone who should be recognised for their attitude and actions towards positive health and safety, despite not being a safety professional?

If you can answer yes to the above, then you should nominate them for the inaugural IOSH North East of Scotland branch Annual Certificate of Merit Awards.

These awards have been designed to recognise non health and safety practitioners within the region and the efforts they make towards creating and maintaining a world of work which is safe, healthy and sustainable.

Nominations are now open. To enter, please click here to download and complete the proposal form. You should then submit it to the Claire Davis no later than Friday 27 July 2012 (note – there will be no exception to the cut-off date).

The IOSH North East of Scotland Branch will host their inaugural awards ceremony on 7 September 2012 at the Hilton Aberdeen Treetops Hotel, 161 Springfield Road, Aberdeen, AB15 7AQ. The Certificate of Merit Award winners will be invited to receive their awards on 7 September 2012 at the awards evening and ceilidh. All award winners will receive complimentary tickets to the dinner.
