Lessons Learned - Lower Back Injury

A scaffolder was dismantling a long-term scaffold on top of a diesel tank.

During the dismantle, the injured party (IP) stepped back and stumbled over a piece of redundant vertical steel angle iron. This caused the IP to graze the bottom of their back, on the bolt of an adjacent scaffold fitting.
