Lessons Learned - Wrong Equipment Back Loaded

A Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) on board a North Sea offshore  installation, which was required for a cutting operation, was mistaken for a Hot Jet Unit (HJU) and back-loaded.  As a result, the cutting operation was delayed for several days until the tool was shipped back offshore.
