Stork Trinidad retains ISO 9001 certification

ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is in an organization’s best interest to perform internal audits from time to time to ensure that a logical approach is being taken to guarantee consistent customer satisfaction.

As per surveillance audit and close out meeting with LRQA’s Lead Assessor, Jorge Varela, Stork Trinidad & Tobago has successfully maintained certification to the ISO standard.

What’s more, the integration of their Electrical & Instrumentation (E & I) department into their Quality Management Systems was also successful.  Moving forward, E & I services will now be included in the ISO certification scope.

The diligent efforts of Felisha Solomon (Quality Control Inspector), Kristian Mahabir (Quality Team Lead) and Duane David (Quality Assurance Coordinator) played a key role in retaining the ISO 9001 Certification for the E&I Department.
