Our Engineering department calculates and designs complete gearboxes and all the required components for greenfield projects, modifications or overhauls. Every engineering process is based on detailed specification requirements that we develop for you or together with you. All our gearbox solutions combine know-how and experience from over 50 years of industrial gearbox manufacturing and services.

We use the latest Kisssoft software, combined with in-house written applications, to design our gearboxes according to the specifications of well-known institutes such as ISO, DIN, API, Neratrans and AGMA. We can comply to the rules of all classification agencies such as Germanische Lloyd, DNV, BV, ABS and many others.
We calculate bearings according to the latest industry and manufacturer standards. High-end solutions for bearing stiffness, deflection, clearances and optimum performance are chosen for any bearing system, either roller or plain design.
Design and Manufacturing software packages
2D and 3D solid modeling software is used to design all parts. For example, calculations of stresses, displacements and own frequencies in complex strain situations are carried out according to the finite elements' method.
Our Engineers can perform a complete reverse engineering job on a wide range of items, from single gears to complete gearboxes, components and spare parts, which enables us to re-create the items to identical or better standards compared to the original.
We have a vast range of measuring equipment available from basic hand-held tools to complete 3D digital measuring FARO arms and state-of-the-art 3D Digital Scanning devices(*), used by experienced and skilled engineers with only one goal: to duplicate parts to the highest standards known in the industry.
