Heat Treatment Units
The design of our equipment is based on over 50 years’ experience as a market leader in the field of heat treatment and has been developed to meet the real needs of the heat treatment industry.
Programmers & Controllers
Cooperheat supply a range of temperature programmers and controllers for setting and control the required heat treatment cycle. Our Programmers and controllers are custom-made.
Temperature Chart Recorders
Cooperheat’s temperature chart recorders are renowned for accuracy and reliability, which helps prevent expensive re-work caused by the failure of older, unreliable, mechanical recorders.
Heaters
Hand-made, flexible, ceramic pad heating elements for pre- and post-weld heat treatment (up to 800 °C) of pipe welds and fabrications.
Insulation
Thermal insulation blankets are used to cover heating elements on a heat treatment set up to; help ensure the desired temperature is reached, reduce heat losses away from the edge of the heaters.
Cables
Cooperheat provide a range of cables to connect and distribute electrical power from heat treatment power and control units to single or groups of heating elements in each heating control zone.
Combustion Units
Cooperheat's High Velocity Gas Combustion Burner has an exceptional turndown characteristic that provides high volume low temperature conditions.
Thermocouple Attachment Units
Cooperheat’s Automatic Thermocouple Attachment Unit (TAU) enables direct attachment of thermocouples to a work piece using the capacitive discharge method.
Termocouples
Tubular, Stainless Steel Sheathed Thermocouples, commonly used for temperature measurement in furnaces and ovens.
