Description
Used for preheating welded joints for use prior to and during the welding process. The FIP is assembled from a CP4 ceramic pad heater attached to a silica fibre meshed mat with a stainless steel backing. The FIP is flexible and will bend both ways to fit concave and convex fabrications. The fitting of the FIP to the workpiece is by means of two sets of assembled pair of high strength limpet magnets with cross bar (Stock ref: 29269) purchased separately.
