REACH Beyond Zero really is making a difference. With just one medical treatment case recorded for February, this month’s performance review is testament to that.
With a community of over 4,500 employees and extensive global operations, we have returned strong performance for the month and I thank you all for your contribution to this.
One of the core values of REACH Beyond Zero is recognising excellence. With that in mind, I am disappointed to report that we only issued one bronze and one silver recognition award this month. I have raised this with the REACH Beyond Zero Steering Group and we agree that this is an area that will be improved upon in line with the strong HSEQ performance that you are clearly delivering.
Recognition awards give us an opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of our employees whilst sharing examples of best practice with our colleagues and clients.
Any RBG employee can be nominated for a recognition award; visit the REACH Beyond Zero website for more information and get nominating!
In the meantime, keep up the good work. Together, we are making a difference.
