Gearbox repair of a US bucketwheel dredger

A US bucket wheel dredger in Columbus, Ohio had problems with the gearbox that drives the bucket-belt. Stork Gears & Services sent a mechanic who did an inspection and gave repair advice.
 

Spare Parts were manufactured (Stork Gears & Services is the OEM for this gearbox) in our machine shop in Rotterdam and they were sent to the USA. The service engineer of Stork Gears & Services repaired the gearbox on-site. Special tools were also sent to do the turnkey job.

Due to our adequate response and fast delivery time the gearbox was repaired within 4 weeks.
